For the past 2 days, a 23 year old San Franciscan named Justin has been running around with a web cam on top of his head.  The feed is available live at www.justin.tv.  The camera is on 24X7.  His mobile number is on the site so viewers can call him or text him on his mobile phone.  There is a chat room where viewers can discuss what they are watching.  There is a good write up here: http://newteevee.com/2007/03/21/justintv/
